Hi! A couple of weeks ago I was in Wargames Bilbao (a miniature shop from my city) giving some classes about sculpting. The main idea for the classes was to make the people get interested in the miniature sculpting and conversion. Give an intro to the different putties and tools and make them start to work a little bit, with my help of course. First, we sculpted our initials to start to get used to the greenstuff: Then we sculpted a head and an arm. With the head we worked on the 360ΒΊ view of the miniature and with the arm we worked on the uses of armature wire.

I think my students are happy and they lost the fear to the putties. I think I’ll give more advanced classes with other materials and more oriented to the sculpting than to the conversions. Stay tuned! πŸ˜‰

Arkaitz (the guy in the right in the pic below) made this article about the classes (it’s in Spanish) you can check it to see his opinion!

I had a very good time! Thank you!

Hi there!

Merry Christmas!!

As I know in Christmas many people drink a lot of alcohol I take this opportunity to ask you for some help.

I need corks to put my figures on when I’m working on them and the best are the champagne corks. It’s difficult for me to get campagne corks because I don’t drink alcohol and that’s why I need your colaboration.

If you have a good party time with your family or/and friends remember that there is an abstemious guy who needs champaign corks for his miniatures πŸ™‚ .

If you donate corks I’ll put your name on them and use them to sculpt something (I can’t promise that it will be cool but I’ll try), and, if something cool appears in the cork you donated and I make copies of it, I’ll send you one.

Corks are not expensive. Donate corks, donate love.

Have a good time with your family and friends.

Kisses πŸ˜‰

Hi there!
A fast sculpt of the Joker I made based on an artwork (I’ll show the artwork when the miniature is finished).

It’s made with Fimo classic+MixQuick. It’s 35mm tall and it’s in process.

Hope you like it!
